Pros

Most coworkers are super friendly and easy to get along with, executives are nice, and great environment with even better benefits ngl. I know jobs can be a pain but working at UHA is the best work experience I think I will ever have. I love working for a company whose ethics I can support wholeheartedly and proudly spew off - I know I “drank the koolaid” but really this place is amazing!

Cons

Smaller company size can limit people who want supervisory positions~
