- Resources of a national firm that's about it.

Cons

- Unprofessional - Unethical - Like high school (Office cliques where if they don't like you they will run you of the firm out) - Discourage the team working together and pit staff against each other. - Tense environment where partners are yelling at staff constantly. Partners would come in everyday screaming at international staff on the phone. Very uncomfortable and unprofessional. - Unacceptable cleanliness standards in the office. Health Code Violations. - Time off requests gets denied 9 months in advance while others can just call out the day of work with no reason. - Inappropriate corporate culture and firm events leading to corporate liability.
