Office Location. Did I say office location?

Cons

Surprisingly weak office and Firm leadership. Little to no communication of strategy and direction. Little team effort in a broader sense. No sense of one firm - several small groups doing their own thing. Firm is completely unknown in the local market place. Efforts are not properly rewarded or recognized. The figurative right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing.

Big Company name till you get hired, and you can see all the cons.

No management present, seniors /non- CPAs make your day miserable for their benefit, NOT team working environment, everybody work for their own goals. the CPAs self centered. put all this together and you get miserable working environment.... one day they will have Karma@UYH
