      Pros

      I've been an employee for around 6 months and the transitions from the interview process, to onboarding, to work assignments have been nothing but smooth. The people on the talent acquisition team were very responsive and helpful when it came to finding a position suitable for me and my skillset. My team and the people on my floor have been nothing but kind and welcoming, making my first few months at UKG very enjoyable.
