Pros
The best reasons to work here include the great benefits that the company provides which include unlimited PTO, a 45% match on your 401k, among many others. WLB is also very nice since there is no micromanagement. I really like the team that I'm working with, everyone seems excited about the work that they're doing.
Cons
I think the only downside is that they don't cover relocation expenses but they are very flexible in terms of when you have to relocate and stuff.
