      Good benefits. 401K match, Health insurance

      Cons

      Since the adquisition (aka "merger") Ultimate Software (UKG) is not the great company it used to be. Managers are no longer involved in keeping their employees, and a lot of good people have left the company. I also know there are layoffs.
