Pros

CEO seems genuine, but doesn't really know what's going on around him. Too bad...seems like a good guy.

Cons

Secret 3 year vesting for 401k match, good ol boy network, unlimited PTO can never actually be taken, 60+ hour work weeks with no time off or recognition, unreported taxable income.

Pros

Good pay Work from home Great co-workers Unlimited PTO (if you can take it)

Cons

I have a disability which resulted in my being put on a plan then terminated, I was under the impression management intended to work with me but later found out that was not the intention at all, the intention was to let me go as soon as my disability was shared with management.

Pros

More remote opportunities than other employers in the area Flexible-ish hours Decent amount of PTO

Cons

-HR is not helpful in formulating exit strategies for employees who can't perform basic job duties, even with several months of documented failures as supporting evidence -Remote employees are expected to work around the clock, there is no work/life balance for them -Lack of consideration for training/mentoring of professional services personnel -Lack of repercussions for people who fail to plan and cause excessive re-work for others -Recognition is nonexistent -Annual employee engagement surveys do not reflect true temperature of the workforce -Our team is micromanaged -No team meetings, ever
