      Pros

      Benefits, pay is competitive, for the most part as a public company things are good

      Cons

      Being switched to hourly, not getting back back in a timely manner when some of the impacted employees did. The hourly PTO plan vs. the salaried unlimited plan. Being micro managed around time. Forced to fit a good 45 hours of work into 40 so there is no OT (this is new after the announcement was made Ultimate was going private). An interim updated travel policy that is ludicrous. It doesn’t feel so People First anymore

      Cons

      This specific role is a bit of bait & switch. They lure you in with the bells and whistles but if you can look beyond the smokescreen you'll see that you are doing the job of someone who is more tenured. They try to train complete noobies into a payroll/human resource job as a means to avoid paying an experienced person. Genius move for the company, but a waste of time for people who have 0 interest in the human resources/payroll industry.

      Global Support is terrible

      Pros

      If you’re average and complacent, you can have a long career here. Also a great stepping stone as it looks great in your resume.

      Cons

      If the management in the global support department can screw you, they will find a way. You can get yelled at by customers all day and management will allow it.
