I joined the organization a few months before the merger, and even after two years, people still operate as Ultimate or Kronos, and there are still people who treat others differently depending on what company they are from. The two companies handled issues and management very differently, and I have seen many people struggle (including myself) because of it. When brought up to the HR department about the difficulties happening within the team, nothing was done. Even after we openly expressed ourselves in the company survey, nothing was done. Management talks about the positives from the company survey but none of the negatives. I would have hoped that we were further along in this merger by now, but we keep talking ten steps back. We have even lost many people within our department that were hard-working employees because of everything going on and how things are being handled. Then management doesn't address it even though we all can see how unhappy people are and how inefficient everything is. And there is a lot of change with retirements and a new CEO. That's not a bad thing, but it is making us feel uneasy about all of the change.
- management doesn't listen to the employees
- benefits are used as an excuse to pay you less
- no transparency
- not willing to take accountability when things need to be improved
- timelines are too tight, and we are being overworked
- too many people are holding on to their company before we merged and not accepting change
