Some of the best team members I have ever worked with.

Cons

Leadership, specifically the C Suite and the heavy influence of H and F. They are destroying the company piece by piece all for the sake of trying to go public. The company has had continual layoffs for the past 2 years, including a mass layoff of 14% of the staff (roughly 2200 people) all done via email. Be careful if you are considering a role at this company. Work/Life balance is gone, expectation is you work until your hands bleed and also be on call 24/7.

Love the company - great benefits and the really do a lot to take care of employees

Cons

The Eng/prod is sheer chaos! Over the last few years this power of the organization has really taken a nose dive. Leadership is very out of touch and we have a new initiative every week it seems…many that clash with each other and all are give deadline with little to no guidance. So every team is doing their own thing and causing more issues. Oh and we are not allowed to let any scheduled work to slip. Very sad…used to work like a well oiled machine and now the burnout and frustration is at an all time high …but product leadership seems to think if we can’t take it good riddance.

Gainful employment and decent, no longer great, benefits.

Cons

Work life balance no longer matters to upper management. Company is bleeding talent thanks to contemptible treatment of long serving employees. Turned record profits in 2023 and then turned around and lowballed their frontline staff on increases despite still professing to care about “People First” and pushing employees harder than ever before.
