Pros

Remote Offer good benefits Home office set up assistance Seems like a great company for employees who are not rapid response (Software, data, managers, etc.)

Cons

End of the shift, lunches, and breaks, are all based on the length of calls...... The "support" chat is filled with unsupportive and condescending employees. The training for this position is mediocre but the metrics are ridiculous. Managers who have no knowledge of the products and therefore unable to aid with unruly customers or provide answers to system issues. Not the work-from-home experience as described, at the mercy of these calls therefore there is little time for family. PTO is limited for this department but advertised as unlimited.

Pros

Great benefit of having Unlimited PTO

Cons

The Merger is causing a lot of unknowns. Who is doing what? What are we doing? Management is very undecisive, no clear direction. Very uneasy feeling, not a good atmosphere to work in.

Pros

If you are at the begining of your career and looking to build it then this is the place for you for now. You'll get great experience and a foundation to build upon. UKG has the Best Benefits in the Workplace! Paid Medical, Dental and Vision for employees and their families. 45% Employer Match on all 401K Contributions. RSUs and Bonus for performance. Unlimited PTO

Cons

No longer a great place to work. As a Legacy employee of Ultimate, it did not matter what department you reached out to. People treated with respect, and kindness. Now when you reach out to departments it depends on who runs it, Legacy K or Legacy U. You get snarky attitudes and ugliness that was not experienced before. Salaries are at industy low with no visibility into what your salary range is however, that has always been a negative and is nothing new. What is new is that people knew there were low salaries and accepted that to work in a culture that was a Great Place to Work. Experience is not valued. Managers are young and inexperienced. There is constant change of process and expectation. Your job expectations change with no regard to skillset or tenure. Current tenure is extremely low as there has been high turnover due to burnout, lack of trust, and unvetted decisions. Replacements are young, unqualified and inexperienced which makes them easier to manipulate. Promotions and job postings don't always align or are posted. Promotions frequently do not occur based on work performance. There is an environment of buddy promotions. Job openings are not all posted but filled based on who leadership wants in the role rather than who is the most qualified. You will need to work at least 50 hours a week at the very least so be prepared. It doesn't sound like much but that is during the slower quarters. Then add that you do this all the time and ofter work 60 plus hours during the 4th quarter, year after year. Between the constant change, inexperienced management, long work hours, this is a churn and burn job. You have to work in your job for 1 year before you can transfer to another role so if you are looking to get your foot in the door, just do so knowing that it will be a lot of work.
