Pros

They have fully paid benefits. The managers and directors are decent people and treat employees nicely and with respect. There is a good respect for work/life balance. You are never forced to work nights or weekends. Sometimes it comes up but it's more voluntary, and not abused.

Cons

The new offices in Weston are too restrictive. There is an unwillingness by upper management to seek out constructive criticism. This results in a cult-like atmosphere, where dissent is not tolerated. I wrote a lot more detail in another review but the review was denied, not sure why. Company touts "People First" as a slogan, however, it's not quite true. Uniformity of office decor comes first, and the employee's comfort and control over their workplace is expressly ignored and denied.

Laid off by FedEx label

Pros

Benefits were great and I worked with some of the best people I will ever know.

Cons

There's a lot, but I to sum it up I was laid off by a FedEx shipping label from UKG asking for my laptop to be returned. No communication, nothing, until the next day when they hastily sent out an email to 14% of the employees telling them they were laid off. This was one day before the 4th of July when everyone was leaving for the holidays.

Pros

401K Match, Company Paid Health Ins

Cons

If you are a good employee they will work you to death. Each year your productivity goals increase by 20-25% while the pay stays stagnate. Expect 70-80 hour or more work weeks to reach the goals that are set. Ever since the merger there has been a relentless push to do more, more, more, faster, faster, faster. I joined this company because if it's reputation. Now we seem to be on a fast track to match the other "Pay..." companies instead of building on our strengths. It is a race to the bottom. Moral is down, people are exhausted and executive level mgt is out of touch. They gaslight you by repeating their "purpose is people" mantra but their actions do not match their words. There is nothing wrong with growth, efficiency, and streamlining things but, do it thoughtfully and effectively. Seems we are currently in the "throw it on the wall and see what sticks" mode.
