Pros

Good people, great culture, and great work environment. I can't say enough about this company, they really take care of their employees. I love the openness feeling you get about the future of the company and the interaction you can have with senior management. It is like we are all one big family in this together.

Cons

Although there is not much I would change about Kronos. I think they should keep more of an eye on what the industry is paying for specific jobs. I think Kronos tends to be a little conservative and should keep pace with other tech companies salaries.

Pros

We have a great management team. They are open to ideas and I have a lot of freedom to manage my territory and work independently. Our products are second to none and development team really seem to work hard to deliver good products. When issues are discovered they are quick to respond. We are always thinking of ways to reinvent and get better. I like that we never stop evolving.

Cons

The commissions keep getting cut. The retirement benefits are weak and sometimes the quotas are not realistic

Pros

An absolute model company with many employees who have been with Kronos in every facet of our business from engineering, sales, marketing, operations, and services for 5-10-20-and 35 years of loyalty. We just returned from our annual meeting where we have improved our ability to deploy our solutions faster and easier heading into the next year. We had an awards dinner that recognized not only the direct sales organization but everyone in the company in operations, services, and customer support. We had people coming up to the stage to be honored with tears in their eyes while our CEO glimmed with pride.

Cons

Well frankly always a few folks who might not be happy at Kronos or in general with what they are doing in live. Kronos management and leadership tries everyday to do the right thing for each and every employee.
