      Pros

      I have been with Kronos since i graduated from undergrad 4 years ago. They have been supportive of my goal to continue my education and pursue a graduate degree. I have also been lucky enough to grow my career within Kronos. I am currently in my 3rd position with the company. The culture and atmosphere promotes learning and healthy living through a work/life balance.

      Cons

      At times you can feel like you are stuck in a narrow role without variation because positions are so specialized.

      Pros

      - Opportunity to work alongside intelligent, committed, and highly-organized and efficient co-workers. - Great family-first culture that starts at the top with CEO Aron Ain. Enables great work-life balance. - Co-workers care about the company and are dependable. - Quite a number of employees who leave Kronos eventually come back.

      Cons

      - Based on pre-existing (and successful) sales structure, at times teams can be a bit too siloed. Company is working to improve. - Main HQ office could use a make-over (high-walled cubes; not a lot of open space; etc.); Newer office/Innovation Center across the street is much more appealing.

Great place to start your work experience and advance your career development. Almost everyone working here takes an active interest in you and encourages success.

      The large size of the company may make it difficult to adjust if moving from a smaller company.
