      Pros

      The internship was a lot of fun and I was given a real project that was actually useful to the company. We had some fun events where we could meet other interns etc. Everyone is very friendly and the work was not too stressful. The building is really nice and the food is good. The company is growing immensely, so there are very positive vibes throughout the company.

      Cons

      I honestly can't think of any cons, although it would be nice to get more info or offers about potential full time jobs after college.

      Pros

      I've been at Kronos for almost 9 years. The company has continued to prosper and evolve to meet the needs of our customers and markets. This is the result of strong leadership who encourage a culture of collaboration. There are lots of opportunities here to grow the company and your career.

      Cons

      Because there are many people here with long tenures, there can be challenges in moving to more senior levels within the company.

      The culture at Kronos is amazing. They treat employees so well that everyone loves coming to work, which makes the overall environment positive and fun to work in. Everyone works hard and it's clear that employees are appreciated. I love it here.
