      Pros

      Kronos is a great company to work for, there is work/life balance and opportunity to work remotely. Team work is important and is fostered within the department that I work in. I am encouraged to do my best every day and think outside of the box to deliver what is best for my customer and for Kronos.

      Cons

      None that I can think of at this time. The company has its finger on the pulse of the future is headed in the right direction.

      Pros

      Kronos does a great job focusing on inspiring their workforce to provide great customer service and think outside the box. They have excellent benefits and the company has a bright future.

      Cons

      Satellite offices don't get the same level of onsite benefits as corporate (workout facilities, cafeteria, etc.), but they are still better than average (e.g. we do have a walkstation, self-serve snack/pre-made food for purchase, free Keurig coffee and a free cappuccino/latte machine).

      Employee and customer focused organization. Innovative, communicates well, a diverse inclusive employer. Innovative and competitive work environment that challenges and stimulates employees. Without reservation recommend Kronos.
