Great Place. Looking to be greater!
Pros
To list all the pros would honestly take too long and in some cases are very personal but five core thoughts worth noting. 1. Most of the upper leadership truly are dedicated to offering opportunity to the employees to succeed on their own and help make Kronos what it is as a business. They respect opinions of every kind, work hard to place high performers in key roles, and give the vibe we are in this together. 2. Corporate marketing has become a best in class marketing organization in the past 4-5 years. We still have some areas we can always improve on, but the collective camaraderie and output meet almost all industry levels of success. 3. Most people I deal with are genuinely good people but more importantly there are so many different viewpoints which keeps most days interesting. 4. How I meet and achieve my goals and team charter is squarely placed on my shoulders with little direction and oversight. At same time the influence and guidance given to my effort is almost always done in a manner that is more collaborative than corrective. I own my own work and team 90+% of the time. 5. The work is continually evolving in challenging and engaging ways. There is always an opportunity to make ones mark and make a difference. And we are riding near the edge of new ideas and possibilities within our department. Always looking for the next opportunity for our and the company's success. I could go on but other than one con I truly enjoy working at Kronos.

I think at higher levels we often discuss the need to break down silos and act as a billion dollar company, but for the most part leadership does not practice what they preach enough YET when it comes to collaboration and trusting the various experts across the company. Every single department has evolved in leaps and bounds the past 10 years, or we wouldn't be where we are, but whatever each departments' core traits are have not fundamentally changed in that time. Some departments still want to standout from the crowd and be the heroes. Some still want to do everything whether equipped to or not. And so on...
