Its been a year with UKG in Integration team as an consultant.
Overall experience has been great. Some of the top listed Pros I could think of are:

5. As a team, management ensures to provide enough instructor-led trainings before getting a new member onboarded with live projects which makes the process super smooth for new joiners (I have seen it when I got onboarded in Integrations team as well as seeing new joiners who came recently)
