      The management and staff were supportive, people understand each other and work together to ensure this culture maintains in UKG. The pay is competitive to market. Work life is balance. People decide their priorities without any pressure from leadership If you are smart enough and hardworking, there are amazing opportunities for career advancement. This company is truly United, Kind and Growing in all sense. This is my first company where I spend largest tenure in my career so far. Even during the pandemic hits around the world, this company has truly taken care all of his employees
