      Great culture and processes. Healthy work-life balance. Personal, family life has equal importance of Professional life.

      Cons

      Hard work + marketing = success. If you don't know how to market yourself, you will be lacking behind. Hard work is not self sufficient.

      Pros

      I have worked for a number of software companies. Kronos is, in my opinion a Company that is extremely focused on the Employees. Acknowledging the accomplishments of both the Teams and the individual contributors is the "standard" at Kronos. Kronos also fosters an environment of collaboration among the Teams & cross-functional groups. Direct Managers, Senior leadership and Executive Management know that when you bring a group of very talented professionals together, and support their efforts, great things are going to happen and at Kronos they do. I truly enjoy working at Kronos. I would, without any hesitation, recommend Kronos as the BEST place to work.

      Cons

      Although there are days that are not perfect (and all jobs have those days), I honestly can't think of a situation which I could list as a negative about working at Kronos.
