Leadership does not care to hide their indifference for committed employees. Bottom dollar rules. You’re just a number. Leadership is implementing changes with the intent to lessen the workforce. Transparency and trust is non-existent. Also, all new job opportunities are offshore to help encourage tenured employees to go elsewhere.
