      This company really cares about me and all the other employees. The Company goes beyond in the details and benefits to make sure your needs are met and to make you feel "At-Home" by providing a Home-like culture and environment.

      Simply need bigger facilities to accomodate our rapid growth.

      Ultimate Software cares. We genuinely care about our employees. We genuinely care about our customers. We genuinely care about the community. We genuinely care about each other. This motivates all of us to be our best which in turn increases our business performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

      Cons

      No job, no person, no company will ever be perfect. The good news is that Ultimate Software does not expect “perfection.” We are simply looking to be better today than we were yesterday.

      Pros

      One of the best things about Ultimate is the culture. We are like a family here. We work very hard to take care of our customers, and the company works very hard to take care of us. The culture is exuded from the top down. Our CEO's values are family oriented. He walks the walk of what he speaks about when talking about Ultimate Software's cuture and values. The benefits are unmatched by anyone else that I've ever worked with. Scott is very approachable with anything you want to talk about with him, and he responds directly to any communications that you send to him. The Work Life Balance Structure is high priority here. I can go on and on, best career choice I've ever made. I am an UltiPeep for life!

      Cons

      I wish I had 2 of my manager. She is absolutely amazing. Although her schedule can get pretty hectic, she remains tangible. She always keeps us in the loop of her whereabouts if she is going to be away or delayed.
