Our "People First" culture speaks for itself! Scott Scherr, our CEO, has always believed that taking care of our employees will no doubt take care of everything else. That is one of the biggest keys to our success. He not only preaches it...he practices it day in and day out. The benefits that are offered by this company is out of this world. As an employee I do not have to worry about medical benefits for myself and my family. it is covered. I will retire here!

Scott is a CEO that takes the time to come to all locations of his company and spend time with his newest employees.
