      Pros

      The benefits are incredible; full paid health, dental, and vision. 401k match of 35% (that's not a typo). There are a lot of opportunities for development and career advancement and management works with you to help with career planning and goals. Hard work is rewarded.

      Cons

      Many departments are silo'd off from the others and have their own cultures that can sometimes clash when interdepartmental collaboration needs to happen.

      Pros

      We are continually encouraged to spend time with our families, making work-life balance one of the biggest focus of our people culture. You are given freedom to be creative and explore your interests on a daily basis and pushed to pursue your passions. The compensation is good, but the benefits are amazing. There are many perks for working here and you really feel ownership for the successes of the company as a whole.

      Cons

      I can't think of a lot of cons. There are always office politics and bureaucracy in any work-setting. It's just something you have to learn to navigate.
