Pros
Excellent work culture--there are always activities, free lunch, massages, games, and so much going on on a regular basis to break the monotony of the day-to-day work flow. This company focuses so much on finding great talent that you are surrounded by awesome people that really begin to feel like family. The culture comes down from the top and trickles down. Our CEO Scott Scherr is such a grounded and awesome person who truly cares about his employees. He is not an invisible CEO that none of the employees actually know. He makes sure he meets all new employees when they are hired at the new hire event, which is awesome. He shows he is a different type of CEO just by the way he runs the company with the "employee first" mindset, but the best part about it, it actually IS employee first. Excellent leadership-- I have been under two seperate team leads and they do everything in there power to see you succeed. I love my leads and my managers, they are all about helping you succeed. Excellent benefits--what is better than benefits (and good benefits at that) being paid 100% by your employer. Not to mention all of the other perks and discounts you receive. Great pay--we are well compensated for the jobs that we do.
Cons
I haven't found many challenges worth mentioning. I think the only challenge I found was the training. Coming in as a new person, the training was a little overwhelming and I feel it could have been a little more organized.
