      Great potential in front-office, product arena; challenging in back-office departments

      Pros

      Inspirational C-level leadership moving all the right levers in all the right directions. Lots of excited areas to become involved in, especially in the Cloud space, led by new senior level staff.

      Cons

      Very inadequate back-office investments to keep up with the innovations and changes.

      Pros

      Very financially strong company located in Chelmsford (not Boston, not Cambridge, not even Burlington). Decent Agile process Longevity of individual contributor employees (average tenure is about 7 years)

      Cons

      They go through tons of first level managers - they blame them for all failures. Layoffs invariably occur once per year where they rid the company of "low performers" - often after a project finishes

      Pros

      Benefits are amazing. They do take care of people via their benefits. People work hard and are dedicated to the organization and the vision of the company. Quarterly meetings with all employees are very good in keeping everyone informed of the progress of the company.

      Cons

      Company has grown so fast over the last couple of years that the "family culture" is beginning to be affected. The growth is only now beginning to be structured. Because of the fast unstructured growth over the last couple of years, many people were impacted and moral started to drop and unfortunately, continuing to drop.
