Pros

Great C-level leadership with culture driven from the top. Good products and amazing resources to support sales effort. Great comp plan if given the opportunity to take advantage.

Cons

Senior sales management strategy du jour. Verticals, no vertical, Hunter vs. Farmer, territories change all the time. Takes 18 months on average for a sales rep to be productive. Like any company there are exceptions but is is rare for a new rep to outperform their first two years.

Pros

Company benefits are the best in the business. Didn't meet one person that wasn't friendly. Everyone is willing to help with whatever needs to be done. Many people work remotely, who doesn't like working from your kitchen table

Cons

Phoenix division is new and not as organized as the rest of the company. I think after a few years things will settle down and fall into place
