Pros
I am valued as an individual and as an employee. People come first. The benefits we get are awesome.We work as a family and as a team. We give it our best. Everyone contributes to making our products better and better every day. My priority is in making clients happy. I take pride in working at Ultimate and I am proud to be part of what we have built. On my 18th year here. I plan on retiring from Ultimate.
Cons
As we get bigger and bigger every year, it becomes challenging internally to get things done with the same priority as we are accustomed. New people are not up to date and it is challenging.
