Pros

Yes, there has been changes, but most for the better. The culture is still embedded in the people and the people are awesome.

Cons

Because there were so many tech stars who wanted to experience if the grass was greener elsewhere, there is a lot of tribal knowledge that is lacking; but this is just more opportunity for those who have remained.
