      Pros

      Still a decent company for engineers located in south Florida that like to go to the office. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Legacy Ultimate senior leadership (engineering) drives its own culture and it is not good. Ultimate used to be the best workplace in south FL, but I have little hopes about the direction it has taken.

      Pros

      This is by far the best company I have ever worked for and I plan on retiring at Ultimate. The People First approach is truly invaluable and not many companies put their employees first. This is not just talk, our Chief HR Officer makes sure that everyone at Ultimate is taken care of and treated equally. The work/ life balance is amazing. I love the fact that if I need to work from home I am able to without any issue. I am able to attend School Events with my child and volunteer for charities that are close and dear to my heart.

Executives walk the talk Great benefits package Long history of sustained growth mode Future prospects - CEO is extremely transparent Nice facilities Walk-up tech support stations Technical competence of dev teams Direction of architecture and tech stack
