Colleagues are eager to help and provide knowledge sharing sessions. Expense reimbursement up to $350.00 Provide remote option for Overtime and worked holidays. Offers unlimited PTO ( really limit to 3 weeks)
Cons
No longer covers insurance premiums Reduced reimbursement options Says they offer tuition reimbursement but send you through the wringer just to deny your claims. Mandatory on call outs. Sets high service expectations but limited training. Most of the managers have no idea how to assist the clients but hold support staff accountable for everything. The slightest of metrics will cause you to miss your chance of getting a bonus. Very little advancement options. Mass lay offs every year.
