Two Very Different Worlds

Pros

Decent pay, fairly good benefits

Cons

Workforce Central and Workforce Ready must be two different worlds. Kronos continues to win awards for being a best place to work - that must be Workforce Central. In Workforce Ready, management boasts about how much money is being made, year over year, then give us embarrassing annual pay increases - even after we surpass the productivity goals set. In Workforce Ready, employees are "killed off" constantly, by the tremendous workload, once you are "ramped up". Workforce Ready jobs require 50 to 60 hours per week, every week to keep up.

Pros

- Free health and dental - Unlimited 45% is insanely good if you put a lot in. Probably the best thing about working here

Cons

- Upper management will screw over their employees any way they can in order to make more money - Employees are underpaid - Employees are forced to go into the office even if they're the only one there - They laid off 14% of the company right before a national holiday - Direct from Sri Srinivasan, the newest corporate stooge, managers are required to mark 30% of their employees as "needs improvement" regardless of how they actually performed

Pros

Benefits are good from an overall perspective except for drug prescription.

Cons

Leadership in GDS will throw you under the bus and will not support you when a difficult or very complex account is assigned to you even if you raise red flags. Directors/ delivery managers grew complacent and do not assist PMs. They Will go to great lengths to collude with customers to make you look bad to save face. My last very complex account my leadership told me to "figure it out". They Will set you up for failure.
