Pros

Benefits, special treatment if you work in Weston office

Cons

Stagnant pay. Work/life balance is non existent and management is incompetent. Stagnant pay- you do not get a raise for changing to a more difficult job. For example, if you go from a support role to a consulting role, there is no pay increase even though an outside hire would’ve been paid much more. Only going to a ‘management’ position is considered a promotion. This is company policy. Work/Life: get ready to work 50+hrs a week if your in services. Either that or live with the stress of a massive backlog and angry customers. Unlimited PTO is just a political gimmick. The incentive structure is framed to limit the amount of time you take off.

Pros

You can get hired without knowing how software is actually made and coast by blaming others and getting credit for their work

Cons

Management won't look at details and only rely on he said this or that and punish you for it. They care about themselves and not us

Pros

Great benefits! Mostly great people Fun on-the-job perks (if you're local to an office, except for AZ, the culture is bad there) Decent culture (very Stepford-esque though)

Cons

You have to keep your head down to survive. This is not really a place where you can ever disagree with the way things are done or with your supervisors. It's very cliquey and leader-centric. This is one of the reasons they don't have a proper HR (huge red flag). The CPO is HR and whatever she says goes. You're either in with the right people or not. Never sell your soul to a job!
