Quiet layoffs every other month and the lack of direction from leadership. I've had the company tell me (as someone not in a leadership roll) to teach a whole team in noida or france to do my job, only for them to lay off that team. Leadership sets unrealistic goals that have nothing to do with your title, but still affect whether or not you get a bonus at the end of the year. Moral is extremely low and it shows when talking to people.

There is a lack of organization especially when it comes to job duties and responsibilities. I am in an entry level but fully believe I am doing the work of a P2 or even P3 level. Salary is not competitive at all, at some points frustrating having to advocate for yourself when entering into new positions within the company. Lack of communication throughout the company from execs. Burnout is the #1 problem as an overall issue.
