Everything else: No one knows who does what and definitely not why or how (without full blown detective work). Constantly the worst decision making processes I’ve ever seen…if they are processes at all. Every level of the reporting structure uses bad data to tell fictional stories about Objectives, KPIs, accomplishments, etc. Leadership with little vision. Management with poor execution, who can’t develop, keep, nor hire talent. Architecture with brittle designs. Whimsical tech stacks that are just terrible POCs turned into production. Everyone else with a lot of hope but no idea there is no hope in that purgatory. Equal opportunist under-employer. Every individual contributor and some managers there would easily do much better elsewhere.

This company boasts work/life balance and unlimited PTO. All lies. You will be worked until you are burned out mentally and physically. You cannot take PTO unless someone can cover your work but, surprise! There’s no one able to do that since they are also overworked. Management is horrendous. You will be asked to take on additional work without being compensated for it.
