Pros

Free benefits, some good people to work with

Cons

Ok so I'm a former employee who left in 2023. I left because of the direction the company was heading. I began working there when it was Ultimate Software. That company was good. Merging with Kronos is the absolute downfall. UKG let go 2200 employees on July 3rd, 2024. BECAUSE FEDEX SENT OUT EMAILS TO RETURN THEIR LAPTOPS. This is how they all found out. UKG had everyone sign an NDA if they wanted severance for 1 whole year they cannot talk bad on or review the company badly. I left in 2023, what are they going to do to me?! The truth needs to be out there. This company definitely does not care 1 bit about their employees and they're trying to save face in a very sneaky way.

Pros

Pays well and has great benefits. Fully paid healthcare for entire family, 45% 401(k) match, unlimited PTO, and more.

Cons

Company culture has been destroyed by executives hired by the private equity firms that own UKG. Jobs have been demolished and shipped offshore. Hugo Sarrazin has ruined the EPIC organization, reduced overall software quality, increased customer support incidents, and has presided over the greatest security breaches in the company's history.

Pros

Good benefits - 401k match, paid healthcare

Cons

Where to start. As others have stated, C-suite is so far removed from employees they don't care to listen or make changes. People are highly overworked, stressed and not taken care of...and leadership turns their heads, only focused on short term profit with a potential IPO in sight. How much can we be squeezed? Departments are siloed...a lot of "it's not my job" and no real cross functional collaboration or respect. Customers feel it and are leaving for the competition. There will be a mass exit once the company goes public.
