Do not trust leadership

Pros

Good benefits, for now, they've already been slowly taking them away.

Cons

Leadership cannot be trusted. They just "updated the agreement" for remote employees that they have to go to an office. No conversation, no help with extra new expenses, just straight get in an office we already pay you. What else will they take away without warning? The company has been taken over by the mckinsey consultant company. An antiquated consulting company focused only on making more money for C suit employees and share holders. No culture unless you're a good little mckinsey drone.

Pros

Ability to work remote and fully paid benefits for employee and family. 45% 401k match

Cons

No true unlimited vacation, complex and antiquated software, no tenured ultimate software support, lack of collaboration and knowledge share from tenured ultimate employees and new hires, functioned like two separate companies almost 3yrs post-merger, poor executive leadership from McKinsey and company (always looking to trim fat with layoffs). There’s no work/life balance, too many meetings, over 100 Training requirements in less than 6 weeks, lack of vision, below market salary for mid-career talent even with the benefits, comped bonus program and no line of sight for career development.

Pros

Our Benefits and PTO policy.

Cons

It’s very bold to say “our purpose is people” because that couldn’t be any further from the truth. At this point, our purpose isn’t even our customers. UKG has completely turned into a revenue driven company where they just push work on to you until you’re burned out. You have people quitting left and right, taking leave of absences to focus on their mental health, and/or abusing PTO for the sake of not having to work anymore. The ONLY thing keeping 90% of the people working here, is our benefits. The minutes that changes, this company will fall further apart than what it has already. The company died the minute it was sold. Sad.
