Pros

Yearly Employee events and Immigration process Engineering department seems to be good Good for beginners and freshers

Cons

Dont get deceived with overall ratings and top ratings unless you personally check with previous/current employees. Kronos IT is driven by few persons ,not as organization ,dont recognize efforts and no respect for experienced skilled workers. There so many to quote: 1. Long working hours 2. No Trainings 3. No career development 4. Legacy or outdated software 5. Small environment with lots of inhouse customization which doesnt useful for outside world. 6. Not good for skilled/experienced. 7. Lots of politics and partiality

Pros

Benefits - Healthcare is 100% paid

Cons

Leaders all sold in massive territories where the deals came easy. The growth has created smaller territories and bigger quotas, and managers cant relate to that difficulty. People who have been consistently successful get thrown into territories that haven't been worked and get 6 months to turn it around or they are put on a performance plan. The only advice or guidance management give is to "want it more" Not very helpful or creative.

Pros

At this point there's not many pros

Cons

- Forcing employees back into the office when there's not enough cubes to fit everyone. I guess not as many people quit as the executives hoped... - Laying off knowledgeable employees to the point many teams are bare bones - Execs are hoping to take the company public, and are cutting every expense to make the numbers look good; making the jobs of everyone harder. - Layoffs announced by e-mail randomly, everyones on edge - Executives who are attempting to get employees to quit so they don't have to pay severence. (a "you can leave if you dont like it" attitude).
