      100% Benefits Paid, Stock upon hire, Strong commission structure , Strong product

      Cons

      Its a cult plain and simple. Preach best place to work but Sales is treated completely different. If you dont hit quote you are fired. Seen many people fired at 95% of plan. All to ensure management has a free ramp up in quota for new reps. Quotas are very aggressive and manipulated, you will be micro-manged constantly and on weekends so management can keep their extravagant lifestyles. Tons of issues on activation and support. So even when you sell you spend majority of your time putting out fires and not selling.

      Once Great But Now Not So Much

      Pros

      Great place to work if you're young and inexpensive. I have to write 20 words but there aren't that many words of a positive nature.

      Cons

      They talk about being a great place to work. They treat you well until you move up the ladder and earn a higher salary. Then instead of being decent and saying thank you for your years of experience we'd like to offer you a severance package or ask you to take a pay cut, they make your life miserable and force you out the door.

      Benefits were market average, some were above.

      Cons

      Poor leadership. People first is any empty feel good phrase to brainwash the employees. If you still work here it is time to work half a job and start looking elsewhere.
