Pros

The benefits are by far the number 1 reason most people are at UKG. Though the current rumor is that the paid insurance will be discontinued in the next year or so.

Cons

UKG is highly disorganized and doesn't live up to their own standards. Management is often times a popularity contest and not people who can effectively manage.

Pros

Nothing stands out about this company anymore.

Cons

If you are virtual, you will not be allowed to move to other positions or promoted. Even if you are the best fit for the position/team. Process decisions are made in vacuums that just create more chaos and the execs simply do not have the knowledge they need to make key decisions for this company's growth, but are doing it anyway. From the beginning of the merger, they've pushed out the people who could help fix this, and have created toxic hostile environments for the rest of us.
