Little to no internal mobility. Often hire externally and don't set-up you up for success to grow within the company. Base salary low. Don't practice what they preach. They say they care about the employee and you hear "people is our purpose" thrown around a lot, but their actions say differently. I know they've done multiple mass layoffs in the most de-humanizing way. They put a random meeting on your calendar and then say we're shutting down everything in 20 minutes. I've heard they've done this multiple times. Seems like their still finding their footing post-merger.

The software we use to do our jobs is completely manual. The pay is terrible compared to competitors. Very limited career growth unless you know people at the top. Most leadership are white men.
