All US leaders were replaced with Kronos leader and their corp ways are killing the once amazing culture at US. No more RSU's if you are meeting expectations. US was always manager heavy and it will be interesting to see if Kronos starts making to US managers. You couldn't pay me to come back!

-Kronos engineering has either lost its way or going to soon. -This is a company that once used to be dominant in timecard/timekeeping product has hired incompetent and superficial people over the years recently and lost its way completely -Bad work culture, full of old school seniors with lots of ego and nepotism -Top-Down culture with layers of bureaucracy in engineering -Working in old sticks and stones tech stack. Plain old Java and nothing else. -No good engineering work happens in the USA and recently almost everything is outsourced to India and Belarus.
