      -The team is great -The headlines are interesting

      Cons

      -A small number of highly skilled people understand the business, but these people are always unavailable, hindering or slowing down code changes. - They have a habit of massively laying off without prior notice. Sometimes you just recieve and email from FedEx to return your equipment without any discussion being had. They always budgeting issues.
