      + Benefits are good. 100% health insurance paid. + Work life balance is good. + Most individual contributors are nice people/helpful.

      Cons

      - Pay is not competitive compared to the local market and salary adjustments are near impossible to get - Technology is dated with no hope to update - Upper management doesn't address pain points brought up by individual contributors, and if they do, it can take months or even years for any change to happen. - Lots of meetings for something that can be summarized in an email - Promotions can be time-based instead of the work you do
