Unlimited PTO, benefits, pay. Remote work

Cons

Revenue is pushed over clients. Management pushes to work as much and overloads. H.r will not defend you. They will help you leave company if you bring up actual concerns on your job.

Great placed to work! Takes care of its employees and gives its employees a chance to advance if you do good work. Always putting its people first.

Cons

The only downside is the pay in my eyes. I understand that a lot of money goes into the excellent perks and health care but as a young guy I never really utilized the health benefits all that much and would of liked that money instead of the benefits.

Pros

Great benefits, awesome work environment/people and can work remote.

Cons

Tools to do my job require too much administration work, taking too much time away from my primary job. Have unlimited PTO now, but direct management is implementing policies that make it almost impossible to take vacation or a day off. There is no proper vacation back-up plan and everyone is already working above maximum capacity to back up co-workers.
