The working environment is nice. The new MyTime benefits package is great. Flexible workplace.

Cons

There is no work-life balance. The Indianapolis Tech Center does not focus on training. They focus on throwing workers into projects before they are ready. The bonus compensation plan is unreasonable.

Pros

Great pay and benefits. It is a realistic laid back culture. No speeches about professionalism and how to act. Employees have true connected relationships. Upper level management will look at you in the eye and say hello. There is no you versus me, everyone is a team. I have worked in several payroll industries since 2006 and Ultimate Software is the best. Employees and leaders are emotionally intelligent.

Cons

None at this time, only because the company is growing and still working through transition plans.

Employee outings were enjoyable. Very good, above average benefits for someone fresh out of college.

Cons

I cannot think of any so far. I have enjoyed my experience so far. I think this is a great starter job for college graduates.
