They treat you well and train you to do your job well.

Cons

If you are studying to be an engineer and have a passion for any kind of design or using your own unique ideas, don’t bother. This place doesn’t care about what you can think of, just get the grunt work done and go home.

As a lab tech I have enjoyed working for UL very much. The work hours are flexible, The work environment has been easy going but can be a little demanding at times. usually when this happens they offer O.T to keep pace. Room for advancement and benefits are better then any other job that I have worked at.

Cons

Want more out of you then just getting your work done. Can be good depending how you look at it.
