Pros
-Flexible working schedule (only required to be in office between 9AM and 3PM - could design own hours outside of that) -Lots of opportunity for 1.5x pay during overtime
Cons
-Boring repetitive work -Dismal office/dark space with lack of natural light -Management did not address employee to employee conflicts -Negative working environment with other lab techs yelling at each other and cutting each other down -Lack of direction from management -Poor conflict resolution
