Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. UL Solutions shifted from a not-for-profit entity to a for-profit entity in 2012. For the last ten years we have made a massive transition towards being a for-profit entity. Every employee at UL Solutions is eligible to participate in our annual company incentive program and bonus targets are offered even for entry level employees. We are actively working to include more decision makers from more regions in system changes and operations. Thank you for sharing this feedback.
