Pros

Most diverse university in New England; revitalized campus with new building sprouting everywhere; growing enrollment.

Cons

Some of the older facilities are ugly or out of date, the parking situation is awful (having to remote park and take a shuttle to campus adds 30 minutes to commute).

Pros

Flexible work hours, amicable and cooperative colleagues, opportunity for improving research skiils and/or teaching skills, student diversity, including race, ethnicity, age and socio-economic background.

Cons

The office lacks organization and communication and training. The salaries are never adjusted to cost of living increases. Terrible on campus food. Not many options for food, all from Sodexo company with poor health values.
